Bazaar Floor Plan

Floor Plan Legend:
Each booth is a 10'x10' space included with a 1 or 2 tables (as per chart below). Each table is skirted with 2 chairs.
All single sided booths include a background drape.

"A" - these booths are single sided booths with 1 Table
"C" - these booths are corner booths with two directional traffic exposure and 2 Tables

Booking Instructions:
1. Choose which booth(s) you would like to book and check below if it is available
2. Click on the available link next to the booth to open the online form (you can select up to three booths in a single booking)
3. Once you complete the form you will receive a tentative confirmation email with payment instructions
4. Within 1-2 business days you are required to provide payment or else your booth will be re-opened for booking

Fees:
Fees are based on nature of location and traffice of attendees and not table count
A $30 fee will be charged for power outlets

Discounts:
If a vendor books more than one booth they will recieve a 10% discount on their total order.
